Cookies & Tracking: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience on our website. Cookies help us understand how you use our services, remember your preferences, and improve our offerings. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Essential cookies are required for the website to function properly and cannot be disabled.

Website Analytics: We count page views on our own servers so we can see which pages are useful. When you first visit, your browser stores a cookie named gc_vid holding a random identifier that is not derived from your name, phone number, email address or any other detail you give us. Against that identifier we record only the page path you viewed, whether the page was English or Malay, the type of device (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the website you arrived from, if any. We do not record your IP address, your browser identification string or anything you typed. These records are deleted automatically after 180 days, and the cookie itself expires after 180 days. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we record nothing at all. You can also delete the cookie at any time through your browser settings. This analytics data stays on our own servers and is not shared with any advertising network.
